Coert Zachariasse wins second edition Duurzame 50 Vastgoed NL

The second edition of Duurzame 50 Vastgoed NLis won by Coert Zachariasse, CEO of Delta Project development. The list of sustainable leaders in real estate was announced during the opening Congress of the Dutch Green building Week. The Organization of the election was in the hands of the Dutch Green Building Council, knowledge platform Duurzaam Gebouwd, PropertyNL and Green Business Club.

The winner of the previous edition, Coen van Oostrom, handed out the cash prize. The price of € 5,000 will be entirely donated to a charity of choice. In addition to the cash prize Zachariasse received a real wooden bicycle, made available by the Green Business Club and Bough Bikes. Zachariasse is known for the business park Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp.

This sustainable office park, built by Delta Development Group in 2010 in cooperation with VolkerWessels en Reggeborgh Groep has a loop that is closed as optimally as possible. The Cradle to Cradle® philosophy, which Zachariasse used as a guidance in this project he calls a thought that greatly appeals to him as a human being.
