Third group of the project Interreg IV-B C2C BIZZ will be trained in Cradle to Cradle

Today and tomorrow a third group with 15 people will be trained by EPEA about the Cradle to Cradle principles. In April 2011 and September 2012 already almost 40 people of 11 different partners were trained for this project. 

They will learn about the basic C2C principles and about implement these in products and buildings. The relationship with other sustainability movements and the economical benefits are also subjects of the training

The C2C BIZZ project aims to enhance the implementation of Cradle to Cradle on new and existing business sites.

 Bas van de Westerlo of the C2C ExpoLAB is also part of the program. He will inform and inspire the group about how C2C can be implemented in the build environment and explains a few good examples, like the Cradle to Cradle inspired City hall in Venlo and the booklet Cradle to Cradle® Criteria for the built environment by Douglas Mulhall & Michael Braungart.


Also Katja Hanssen will explain the basic principles of Cradle to Cradle and the link between Cradle to Cradle and Sustainability. She has experience with implementing Cradle to Cradle into practice for more then 20 years and is very enthusiast to teach other about this. Frans Beckers, managing director of EPEA Netherlands, and Rob Kragt, marketing manager at Desso, will also be part of the training and inspire the group about Cradle to Cradle.
