Acoustical ceiling tiles are available in a range of sizes and are suitable for commercial interiors. The Standard, dB, and OP formats all provide differing levels of acoustical performance to absorb and block sound.

Defined materials, ingredients and additives

Raw materials for our ceilings are renewable and abundant in nature -Biosoluble mineral wool (the wools used in our products meet the classification “exempt” as defined by EC directive 97/69/EC 1997), perlite, natural starch, recycled paper, recycled tiles and clay.

A significant proportion of our ceiling tiles are produced using recycled raw materials, including slag mineral wool, other recycled mineral wools, recycled paper and recycled ceiling tiles. These recycled contents are indicated on all Armstrong’s published literature in accordance with EN ISO 14021 : 2001.

Expected usetime

Perla OP 0.95 is high density tile and cleanable. This provides a excellent mechanical strength, less damage and fewer replacements required. This results in a lower impact on the environment and is guaranteed for 15 years.

Defined pathway

We offer a full acoustical ceiling recycling service during demolition, construction and renovation stages of different projects. Our Ceiling-to-Ceiling process is a natural extension of our use of recycled materials and environmentally compatible manufacturing process that reduces our environmental footprint.

•            Our closed-loop process enables old ceilings to become new again with post-consumer content; Saving on use of virgin materials.

•            No landfill fees or skip costs. We’ll pick up old ceiling tiles.

•            No minimum quantities. We will support in diverting waste from landfill.

•            Recycling ceilings contributes to C2C and to LEED and BREEAM credits.
